Doing business virtually is rapidly becoming the norm and in response to this we have created a new virtual networking meeting, designed for businesses who may not have networked before, and who are having to change or close their business due to Coronavirus.
In normal circumstances, many people do not have the time to leave their business to go out and network. The aim of this new group is to provide virtual support to businesses who may be feeling scared, anxious or not sure what to do with their time. The group will also provide access to local business experts on a range of relevant areas including how to use video effectively, how to leverage your networks virtually, how to manage your cash flow and what help is available.
As we turn the tide and businesses start to prepare to relaunch there will be support and advice on how to plan and manage this. There will be some amazing opportunities for businesses and we want them to be in the best position to seize these.
The virtual meetings will be run locally by our network of franchisees across Zoom and will be limited to a maximum of 15 people. To complement these sessions, we will be starting regular Twitter Hours for those who want to chat and network with a wider audience. These will be aimed, once again, at supporting small businesses by asking a range of questions throughout the hour. These could be practical questions around managing your risk or how to stay resilient.
